Part-Time Youth Ministry Leader (Grades 7–12)
Timber Crest Baptist Church in Waco– Celebrating 70 Years of Service
Timber Crest Baptist Church is seeking a Part-Time Youth Ministry Leader to help
rebuild and grow our youth ministry for students in 7th–12th grade.
Our mission is “To Know Christ and Make Christ Known,” and we are looking for a
Biblically grounded leader with a passion for discipleship, helping students grow in their
faith, develop a personal relationship with Christ, and discover God’s purpose for their
lives.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading youth Bible studies, discipleship, and activities
• Building relationships with students and their families
• Encouraging spiritual growth and Christ-centered living
• Working alongside church leadership and volunteers
• Part-Time Position (Wednesday evening, Bible study and also Sunday morning
Bible study)
Qualifications:
• A growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Biblical knowledge and leadership skills
• A heart for discipling and mentoring teenagers
Compensation: $8,000 per year evaluated annually with long term commitment
This is a flexible, part-time position with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the
next generation for Christ.
