Elm Grove Baptist Church is seeking a part-time pastor who is a nurturing leader, an effective communicator with well-prepared sermons and a leadership style that can develop a clear vision for rural church. Applicant should place an emphasis on discipleship and spiritual growth for themselves and the congregation. It is preferred that the applicant live within a 25-mile radius of Belton and have at least 5 years of experience in a pastoral leadership role. Salary is negotiable.
