First Baptist Crawford is in search of a part-time Youth Minister. Crawford is just outside of Waco/Woodway/McGregor. The church building is located in the center of Crawford, giving us great opportunity to minister to our small town. We average 90 in Worship with a healthy demographic mix. We have strong connections to the school district and often take a large group (40-50 students) to Preteen Camp. We are on strong financial footing with Sanctuary renovations scheduled for September of this year.

Like much of the surrounding area, Crawford is seeing steady growth. Our Youth Ministry has great potential for growth also, and we are looking for a strong believer to go to Crawford students, disciple them, recruit and lead a team of other youth volunteers, and invite youth into the life of our church.
Current youth programming includes the following: Sunday School, Wednesday night bible study during the school year (church-wide meal provided), summer camp and other summer activities/discipleship at the discretion of the youth minister, and a spring discipleship weekend.
