Basic Functions:
To provide a safe, nurturing, and clean environment to all children enrolled in Bosqueville Baptist Church’s (BBC) Infant/Toddler program.
Responsibilities
- Be available to work the following schedule:
Wednesday: 5:30 PM -7:45 PM
Sunday: 9:45 AM – 1:00 PM (Sunday school and AM Worship Service)
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (PM Worship Service)
- Arrive 30 minutes before scheduled service time to allow time to inspect the room and prepare for the arrival of children.
- Wear clothing that will allow you to freely interact with the children and that can get dirty. Shoes should be comfortable, allow caregivers to move quickly, and be safe.
- Maintain up to date records on each child and their family.
- Be CPR certified. If not currently certified, BBC will assist in the certification/re-certification process.
- Maintain a monthly timesheet to account for all hours you have worked.
- Discipline children per BBC’s discipline procedures.
- Oversee the check in and check out process for each child.
- Follow all housekeeping guidelines in the nursery handbook.
